Residential Water & Fire Flow Availability

Planning on building on your residential lot within the Silverdale Water District service area?  Here are the steps to obtain documentation required by Kitsap County:

Email the tax parcel number, the intended use, and any other preliminary details to info@swd16.org.  We will determine if the parcel is within our service boundaries, and provide the current fees for providing water service.

Next, submit a Residential Water & Fire Flow Availability Application, supporting documentation, and the application fee to receive a letter detailing required payment for connection and installation.

Once payment is received, a letter will be issued for submittal to Kitsap County as part of your construction process.  Please allow ten business days for issuance.
