Water Usage Relief & Billing Dispute Resolution
Are you concerned about the amount of your water bill?  Read about standard charges on the My Water Bill page or contact our office for an explanation of our billing.  If you would like to apply for usage relief or dispute a bill, please review the Billing Relief & Dispute Resolution Policy as approved by our Commissioners.

If you qualify for water usage relief as outlined in the current policy, here is the process:

  • Once you receive your billing statement, fill out the Water Usage Relief Application and return it to us as indicated on the form.  Be sure to turn it in within 60 days of the billing statement due date.
  • A service technician will be dispatched to verify that the water meter at the service address is not currently registering a leak.
  • Our Commissioners will review the Water Usage Relief Application at an upcoming Commissioner meeting.
  • A Customer Service Representative will be in touch to inform you of the Commissioners’ decision.
