Payment Options

Paying Your Bill
There are several convenient ways to pay your water bill. 

Online Portal
We utilize an online payment service where you may make payments, view your billing statement, activate automatic payments on the bill’s due date, or choose electronic billing.

Please note: the third party bill processing site may have a legal and privacy policy different from SWD.  SWD is not responsible for the products, services and content offered by that site.

If your water service has been disconnected due to lack of payment, please contact our office.  Please note: making an online payment does not automatically resume service. 

Your Financial Institution Online Payment Service
If you utilize your financial institution’s bill pay service, please allow their recommended lead time for processing.

Pay by Mail
Please mail checks or money orders to Silverdale Water District, PO Box 3751, Seattle, WA 98124.  Your billing statement includes a pre-addressed payment envelope. Please include the payment portion of your bill, and please do not mail cash (our payment processing service will not be responsible for cash included with payment).

Pay at our Office
You are welcome to visit our office during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and make payments using cash, check, money order, or credit/debit card. We are located at 5300 NW Newberry Hill Rd, Silverdale, WA 98383.

Night Drop
You may put a check or money order in our night drop  – the slot to the left of our administration building front door. Please be sure your account number is on your check, and please do not include cash (Silverdale Water District will not be responsible for cash left in the night drop).
